These white (0.014") cards respect the CR80 format - the most popular in the identification industry. Indeed, it is this format that is used for the production of bank cards, identity cards and gift cards. This format is similar to the international standard ISO 7810 (ID-1). So the width and length are 54mm x 86mm respectively for all CR80 boards. On the other hand, the thickness of the cards is variable. We offer a selection of white cards to meet your needs.
Is this type of card suitable for your project?
White (0.014") cards are much thinner than the cards in your wallet: the thickness of a credit card is 0.030 inches. Cards 0.014 in. are more flexible. Therefore, these cards are generally used as business cards or as membership cards of a sports center.
Note: It is not recommended to use this type of card with retransfer printers or with printers having a laminating module. Likewise, some troubles have been reported with double-sided printing on duplex printers.
