The ME1000S DM and ME2000S DM models can emboss alphanumeric characters and 2D DATAMATRIX barcodes. These 2D data matrices are ideal for applications that need to store high volume of data in a limited space. In addition, these reliable models are designed for medium to high volume production of various types of metal plates. The main difference between these two models is the feed type. Indeed, the ME1000S DM embosser has manual feed, whereas the ME2000S DM embosser has an automatic feed. The latter has an input hopper with a 250-plate capacity.
These embossers replace CIM's ME2000 DM. As a result, this device has new advanced features, increased embossing speed and a completely redesigned design. Also, device configurations are password protected to ensure data protection. Moreover, these identification solutions can be integrated into any industrial environment. Thus, these robust embossers are used in automotive plants, military bases, industrial manufacturers, electrical companies and shipyards.
