Entrust Sigma DS2DS card printer

The Entrust Sigma DS2DS card printer produces highly secure IDs. This device uses direct-to-card printing technology to print on both sides of the card (duplex). This printer is also available in a simplex version (single-sided printing). It stands out for its easy integration into Cloud environments and its connectivity to a mobile device. You can, among other things, check the printer's status, update the firmware, and contact support from your cell phone. There is also the option to connect these devices to a Wi-Fi network.

The Sigma DS2DS is part of the Sigma card printer series. When creating this range, the manufacturer focused on securing every step of card production. From the device's startup to the storage of your data, this card printer is protected against malicious viruses. For example, data is now encrypted, and there is no longer any data storage in the printer once printing is complete. Additionally, to protect cards from tampering, you can add a long-life lamination module and/or a tactile impression module to your printer. You can also print a custom transparent watermark on your cards.
