The DCC access cards enable access control to buildings or specific rooms through a single identifier. These cards act as digital keys that can unlock doors when they are used with an access card reader. They resemble standard ID cards, but they have an antenna inside. To cross a control point, you need to move the access card in front of the card reader. Indeed, the antenna in the card will send a signal to the reader, which will unlock the electric lock granting you access to the enclosed location.
